Deliverable
Digital Flagship (Framer)
The Public Face. We moved beyond rigid templates to a custom Framer build designed for conversion. I handled the full stack, including design, copy, and CMS architecture, ensuring the site is easy to update but impossible to break.
The Impact: A premium, responsive portfolio that validates their fees and allows the team to publish new case studies in minutes, not days.

Sales Assets
Standardizing the Pitch. Winning clients requires more than just good ideas; it requires a compelling narrative. I worked with the founder to restructure their entire pitch process, creating a modular suite of decks for capabilities, concepts, and logistics.
The Impact: We turned "making slides" into a strategic workflow, allowing the team to generate bespoke, high-converting proposals with significantly less friction.

AI Research Agents
Automating the Grunt Work. Vendor and client research was a massive time-sink. I built a custom "Mini-App" by pairing a browser extension with an AI agent. This allows the team to scrape, analyze, and structure vendor data into Airtable with a single click.
The Impact: Zero copy-pasting. What used to take hours of manual data entry now happens instantly, giving the producers a competitive speed advantage.

Intelligent Knowledge Base
The Single Source of Truth. I consolidated scattered spreadsheets into a relational Airtable database covering 40+ categories and multiple cities. But we went further: I integrated AI agents to enrich missing data and set up natural language search.
The Impact: The team can now "talk" to their database to find venues and vendors, turning raw data into an accessible, strategic asset.
Deliverable
The Nervous System
Closing the Loop. A database is useless if no one checks it. I built backend automations that route critical updates like research findings, project milestones, and system alerts directly into the Slack channels the team already uses.
The Impact: Real-time visibility without the meeting fatigue. The system pushes information to the team, rather than waiting for them to pull it.
