The Execution: I led the programming and audience strategy, securing 27 executive speakers from traditional finance giants like Citi, BNP Paribas, and Mastercard. Beyond the stage, I drove a targeted outreach campaign that filled the room with 100+ Director and VP-level decision-makers, ensuring the attendee quality matched the venue.

The Operational Bridge: Managing high-profile stakeholders leaves zero room for error. I collaborated with internal teams to tighten the data flow between registration, website content, and on-site experience.
