Project
Web3 Law & Society
Role
Strategy & Digital (Volunteer)
The Context: MNBlockchain is the non-profit engine driving Minnesota’s Web3 ecosystem. For their Law & Society conference at the University of St. Thomas, they needed to bridge the gap between complex regulation and cutting-edge technology. They required a partner who could speak the language of both developers and policymakers.
The Hybrid Execution: I stepped in as a full-stack operator, managing the event from the digital layer to the physical floor. On the tech side, I built and managed the event website, which successfully drove registration for ~100 attendees. On the operations side, I managed venue logistics, AV coordination, and sponsor alignment.
The Takeaway: Whether paid or pro-bono, my approach remains the same: I own the outcome. This project highlights my ability to operate at the intersection of diverse stakeholders, including lawyers, builders, and academics, ensuring the technology worked, the venue was ready, and the mission moved forward.
